Please note: Any system that requires an appointment for inside access, must be booked before October 22nd or they will be scheduled after October 31st and will not have a no-freeze guarantee.

Easy Booking Process

We make the process of booking your winterization quick and easy! Just shut off your water when you're ready, then call our office to make the pre-payment and confirm the water is off. We come out within a week and tag the system when we are done.

October is Key

Winterizing your sprinkler system in October is essential for maintaining a healthy system. Leaving water in the system into November is risky. Freezing and serious damage can occur to your backflow and pipes if you wait too long! The earlier the better.

Booking Your Service

We start booking in late September through November for sprinkler winterizations, we do not take requests for winterizing prior to the last week in September.

Existing Customers:
If we have winterized your system in the past, you are already "on the list" and should turn off your water before calling once you receive the email telling you that it's time to book your winterization.

New Customers:
We like you to be home for your service the first time. We will book an appointment with you. Please click here to see if you are in our service area.

It's important to note that our busiest week is the last week of the month. If we need inside access to shut down your system, no appointments will be booked for the last week of October, and no new appointment requests will be accepted after October 20th. Any requests for inside access received after October 20th will be booked in November.

The Process:

  • The homeowner shuts their waterline off before calling.
  • The homeowner calls our office to make the pre-payment and confirm water is off.
  • We put your system on the "Any Time" list for the next time we are in your neighborhood (usually the same week).
  • You receive a confirmation email once we complete the service.

PLEASE NOTE: An additional charge may apply if your system's waterline is still on when we arrive for your scheduled appointment.

2021 Pre-Paid *LATE SEASON Pricing:

1-10 zones: $105.00

11-19 zones: $125.00

20+ zones: $6.00 per zone + $15.00

*Price above includes $15 increase over regular prices for any winterization booked after November 5, 2021

An additional $25-$50 mobilization charge will be required after November 15th.

PLEASE NOTE: Additional charges may apply to systems with pumps, access in crawl spaces, additional complications, or other non-standard/special features. 

Job will not be scheduled without a pre-payment or if your water is on.

We are a full-service irrigation company. We are fully insured in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

We'll be here next year, the year after that, and for years to come.

If we don't need inside access:

We do not book an appointment time if we can blow out your lines from the outside of your house. Please be sure to shut the water off before calling in your pre-payment.

There will be an additional charge if we arrive and the water is still on.


Winterizing services before November 1st are guaranteed against backflow freeze damage.

If you accidentally turn your system's water line on before the spring, you must call us immediately!
