Please note: Any system that requires an appointment for inside access must be booked before October 10th, and all others must be booked by October 17th, or the service will be scheduled after October 31st and will not have a no-freeze guarantee.

Booking Your Service
We start booking in late September through November for sprinkler winterizations, we do not take requests for winterizing prior to the last week in September or if your water is still on.
Existing Customers:
If we have winterized your system in the past, you are already "on the list" and must turn off your water before calling once you receive the email telling you that it's time to book your winterization.
New Customers:
We like you to be home for your service the first time if you are unfamiliar with your system. We may need to book an appointment with you. Please click here to see if you are in our service area. Please keep in mind that we do not book appointment stops during the last 2 weeks of October.
Timing:
It's important to note that our busiest week is the last full week of October. You must have your water off and pre-pay by October 18th to guarantee an October winterization. If you miss the cut-off, we will try to work your stop into the schedule, but cannot guarantee an October winterization.
Appointments/Inside Access:
If we need inside access to shut down your system, no appointments will be booked for the last week of October, and no new appointment requests will be accepted after October 12th. Any requests for inside access received after October 12th will be booked in November.
The Process:
- The homeowner shuts their waterline off before calling.
- The homeowner calls our office to make the pre-payment and confirm water is off.
- We put your system on the "Any Time" list for the next time we are in your neighborhood (usually the same week).
- You receive a confirmation email once we complete the service.
PLEASE NOTE: An additional charge will apply if your system's waterline is still on when we arrive for your scheduled appointment.
Job will not be scheduled without a pre-payment or if your water is on.
2026 Season Pricing:
For systems that can be winterized outside without an appointment.
You shut off the water, pre-pay, and then we will email when the job has been done.
1-10 zones: $110
11-19 zones: $135
20+ zones: $8.00 per zone
APPOINTMENTS: If you need us to book an appointment for any reason, there is an additional administration charge. You can avoid this charge by providing a garage code, letting us know that someone is always home, or a door is open without us needing to call or email you with a specific date.
If we need to call back to confirm a day or time after you book your service, for any reason, the price below will apply.
2026 Season Inside Access Pricing*:
1-10 zones: $135
11-19 zones: $160
20+ zones: $8.00 per zone +$25
*Prices increase $25 over regular prices for any winterization booked after November 6, 2026
An additional $25-$50 mobilization charge will be required after November 13th.

We are a full-service irrigation company. We are fully insured in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

If we don't need inside access:
We do not book an appointment time if we can blow out your lines from the outside of your house. Please be sure to shut the water off before calling in your pre-payment.
There will be an additional charge if we arrive and the water is still on.
